Ms. Sindhu Shree

Sindhu leads the general corporate and commercial practice of the Firm taking care of matters related to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, inbound and outbound investments, project financing, corporate restructuring, commercial contracts, employment related matters, NRI Services, commercial and regulatory side in sectors like real estate and construction, IT/ITES services.

With more than two decades of experience, primarily in corporate practice and initially in litigation, she has been actively involved in serving Firm’s corporate clients, both in India and overseas. She has extensive experience in handling public private projects in various sectors including Port, Road, Urban Infrastructure like Inter State Bus Terminal cum Commercial & Multilevel Car Parking, Water Supply and Sewage Treatment, Urban Municipal Infrastructure and Power Generation to Power Transmission.
