Ms. Radhika Singh

Radhika, the Managing Partner of the Firm has done her LL.B. as well as MBA with specialization in Human Resources. She has been actively associated with handling of the corporate assignments of the Firm since 1999. Ms. Singh provides legal assistance to companies as well as individual clients. She has undertaken assignments related to real estate and has also advised and assisted Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) including in the sale of property in India as well as repatriation of money to their respective bank accounts situated abroad. She has been conducting Due Diligence relating to title diligence of land, corporate due diligence and also backgrounds check of individuals being hired by foreign companies. She has also been conducting title diligence assignments for various banks. She has also been involved in POSH (Prevention of Women from Sexual Harassment) activities and has been an External Member of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) in various companies.
