Ms. Sindhu Shree

Sindhu has over 20 years of experience as a practicing advocate. An alumni of Delhi University, she started her career with litigation practice and over a period of time shifted her focus to general corporate practice using the strength of her litigation experience. She has been actively involved in serving Firm’s corporate clients, both in India and abroad and regularly advises clients on entry strategies and various aspects of doing business in India including dealing with different regulators in India. She advises clients on general corporate matters, cross border transactions including formation of companies, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, conducting extensive due diligence, corporate documentation, employment and labour matters etc. She is also handling various assignments of the Firm in the Public Private Partnership (PPP) sector in different parts of the country and has worked with various State governments and their authorities across India for carrying out the entire bid management process for the PPP projects.
