Radhika Singh is the Managing Partner at Abacus Legal Group with over 25 years of experience advising Indian and international clients on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.

Her practice focuses on corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, employment law, POSH and workplace governance, real estate transactions, immigration and NRI legal services. She regularly advises multinational corporations, foreign investors, entrepreneurs, privately held businesses and overseas law firms on matters involving Indian law and cross-border transactions.

Radhika has extensive experience assisting clients through every stage of the business lifecycle—from establishing operations in India and structuring businesses to corporate governance, commercial contracts, legal due diligence, regulatory compliance, strategic acquisitions and business reorganisations. Her practical approach enables clients to identify legal risks, structure transactions efficiently and make informed commercial decisions.

A significant part of her practice is dedicated to employment law and workplace governance. She advises employers on employment contracts, workplace policies, executive employment matters, disciplinary proceedings, restructuring and compliance with Indian labour laws. As a certified POSH professional and External Member of Internal Committees, she regularly conducts inquiries under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, helping organisations foster safe, compliant and inclusive workplaces.

Her real estate practice includes advising developers, companies, investors and individual clients on acquisitions, leasing, title verification, legal due diligence and regulatory compliance. She also has considerable experience advising Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) on property transactions, succession and inheritance, estate planning, powers of attorney and investment-related matters, providing practical legal solutions for clients with interests in India.
